I have quite a powerful testimony concerning this little Goji
berry! I want to share it with everyone; I want to shout it from
the rooftops! I have spent nearly 7 years searching for the
answer to my health problems. God promised that he would provide
all that we need, so I was searching for His nutrition and
health, not medicine. I have heard and read many strong
testimonies since I began my own Goji journey, and I am truly
amazed at the wide range of diseases that are positively
affected by the Goji berry!
I began drinking Goji juice on December 19, 2005. It was
suggested I try it to help stabilize my blood sugar ( I have had
severe hypoglycemia for years.) I didn’t believe it would help,
because the pamphlet I just read talked about Goji helping Type
2 diabetes. My blood sugar was
extremely low, never high. I was told it was supposed to
stabilize my blood sugar, so it should help. I didn’t have
anything to lose, I was still on my quest for health and I was
determined not to quit until I found the answer. That afternoon
when I got home, I took one ounce. Before I went to bed, I felt
really good (which is not normal) so I thought I would just go
ahead and have another ounce! I also made a decision that night
to give up all other herbs and vitamins I was currently taking.
The next morning I still felt good and I took another ounce. For
the first time in several years, my blood sugar did not dip
dangerously low (between 40 & 60)! I was elated but skeptical.
How long would this last? I had tried everything in the past few
years but to no avail. This was too good to be true! To make a
long story short, today is January 15, 2006. For almost one
month I have had NO trouble with my blood sugar no matter what I
eat or drink. I am thrilled!
Other effects of Goji that I had not anticipated are that the
psoriasis in my scalp (that was driving me crazy) is about 90%
improved and doesn’t bother me at all. You would never know I
had it. I had a wart on my upper left thigh that has completely
disappeared. I have lost some weight because I no longer crave
carbs, especially bread. I feel “good” most of the time. This
improves daily. I am no longer addicted to an adrenaline rush!
Unfortunately, this went on for years before I even understood
what I was doing! My naturally “hyper” personality has calmed
considerably. My energy is stable now, it doesn’t come and go.
My skin is also becoming much softer and it is not as dry. I can
run on the treadmill now which is very exciting! I can’t wait to
see what is going to happen next! I just love this little berry!
I believe it is truly a miracle that God has given to us. It is
ultimately up to us however to decide if we truly want to be
healthy.

I started drinking goji juice on December 16,
2006. I had pain in my lower back for over 3 years, tennis elbow in my
left arm for about 6 months, my thyroid on the right side of my neck was
about the size of a small avocado seed, my weight had been about 10
pounds over the norm for the past 20 years, I had a brown age spot about
the size of a quarter under my right eye, I was getting up in the night
at least 4 times to go to the toilet and not getting my full night’s

I’m totally amazed at how fast Goji juice has
changed my health and well being.
I was confronted with major health issues with
pending surgery. At the time I was recovering from a fractured knee and
wrist with major swelling in my hand due to a nasty fall. I had little
movement in my finger joints and severe nerve damage. To top it off, I
was experiencing major pain in my stomach from an aneurism and my aorta
was enlarged. I was waiting for medical test results. I was in bad
shape.
Six months ago, I started taking 1 oz of Goji

I have had Fibromyalgia for 32 years since the
difficult delivery of my son, which ended in a C-section birth. Since
then I have had pain that moved all over my body, every day, including
muscle spasms, back, leg, and foot pain, carpel tunnel syndrome,
headaches, abdominal pain etc. I always had pain somewhere, in a range
of 6-8/10 on a 0/10 scale. All 18 of the diagnostic tender points for
Fibromyalgia were exquisitely tender, and the sleep disorder that goes
along with Fibromyalgia contributed to very severe fatigue. I was never
diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but I was exhausted, with a

I am a nurse, and I work hard as a Wound Care
Specialist, but other than work I had limited myself to doing very
little at home. My husband, who is retired, does all the cooking,

My blood pressure usually ran around 157/70, even though I was taking
medication for it. I felt so bad on one tablet that I refused to
increase the dose, even though I needed it.
When we discovered Goji juice, the first thing
I experienced was an incredible surge of energy and sense of well being.
It was as though my brain had turned on, after being tuned out for many
years. I began to get up and do things and was able to be busy all
weekend, the first week, without any problem at work. Within a week or
so, I realized I was having less pain, but it is hard for a chronic pain
sufferer to think about decreasing pain medication,
because you don’t want
it to come back with a vengeance. After the second week, I started
tapering my pain meds, and within 4 days I stopped all pain medication,
muscle relaxers, and the Valerian, Melatonin and other products I
routinely took for sleep. By the time all the meds were gone, my pain
was 0-2/10. I don’t need to wear my braces at night for the carpel
tunnel pain. It was as if someone had turned the control knob down on
all the pain, to about what I thought a normal person might experience!
It was phenomenal!! Like being born again!
I had scheduled an umbilical hernia repair
about 4 weeks into my Goji use. When I went for surgery they took my
blood pressure and it was 128/66!! I hadn’t even thought to monitor my
blood pressure, and I was so surprised. It continued to drop down to
118/50 and I decreased half of my prescription medication. My blood
pressure bumped up for 3-4 days, as far as 152/54, still lower than
usual for me, and then it began to drop. When it reached 110/72 and I
was feeling a little light headed, I stopped the rest of my
prescription. The highest blood pressure I have had since then was
142/56, and most of the time it is around 132/60.
The only prescription medication I take now is
for gastroesophageal reflux, and I have decreased my dose to every other
day with no problem. I have used C-PAP at night for 2 years, and was
able to decrease the pressure from 11 to 8 on the C-PAP, and I have had
no asthma, coughing or respiratory problems which were common for me in
the past.
We wrote our Doctor a letter about what was
going on with us, and when we went in to see him, he was thrilled with
our results. He plans to order blood work periodically to monitor our
progress and said, “I don’t really understand this, but I can’t argue
with these results. I’ll support you in every way I can.” When my first
blood work came back, it was all normal. My appetite is under control,
and I have lost 7 pounds in the last month. Goji juice has made
wonderful changes in my life, and I can’t imagine being without it.

Ever since my mom died last April 4 of 2006, my
76 year old father has been terribly depressed, had violent hand
tremors, high blood pressure, vertigo and can barely stand upright. I

October 2002. I became bedridden.
For 3 months I worsened beyond description. At the end of Jan. 2003, I
went to a doctor who discovered I had 9 inches of backbone pretty much
in crumbs, 3 discs nonexistent, a large tumor bulging into my chest from
the inside of my spine and a sack of infection on the outside of my
spine. I was put immediately into the hospital and was told that if I
had waited another week the tumor and sack of infection would have
severed my spinal cord. I had a bone infection and numerous other health
problems. I had the tumor and sack of infection removed and rods placed
in my back. I spent a month in three hospitals and then the past couple
years recovering at home.
I had severe numbness and pain
down my arms, hands, fingers, legs and feet. I also had headaches,
chronic fatigue and shooting pain in the heels and bottom of my feet.
Also, from the medications I had to take I had gone from a size 7/8 into
a very tight 14 in a matter of months and about to check into a size 16.
This was exceptionally depressing because the weight went on so quickly,
and not a weight I was use to being. So it took a drastic toll on me
emotionally. I couldn't sleep at night and during the day I was
extremely fatigued and sluggish.
I had a problem with circulation
in my legs and feet. One bout was 4 months in duration. The swelling was
so severe that the doctors had me in the hospital for an emergency
ultra-sound to see if there were any blockages....to no avail. I had
undergone spinal taps, nerve conductor tests and I lost tract of how
many MRI's and medications I have had... I didn't like how the
prescriptions made me feel besides the fact I was concerned with them
damaging my liver.
My husband spoke to a friend who

believe a juice could help. My husband persisted and I finally gave in

It's Valentine's Day. One year ago today
I began drinking Goji juice. Happy Anniversary to Me! I could not let
this milestone go by without acknowledging it.
Last year at this time, I was far from enjoying
optimal health. I am 52 years old. Despite my knowledge and extensive
medical efforts to feel better, twelve months ago I was eating Tylenol

I am approaching 74 years of age
and have been taking a full range of vitamins and minerals for years,
which has sustained me at a certain level of health. However, I have
experienced stiffness in my back, pain in my knees, swelling in my lower

I am a 73 year old pharmacist and approximately
3 months ago I started drinking Goji juice.
For my entire life, I have had chronic nasal
allergies and about 5 years ago, I was diagnosed as having sleep apnea.

and for the first time in my life I could breathe through both sides of

job and moved in with my friend Alison. I was turning 50 years old but
felt like I was 90.
A friend of Alison’s introduced me to Goji juice. I drank four
tablespoons a day for six days and then increased that amount. Within a
week after that, I was feeling an overall sensation of well being. I
started noticing new hair growth at my scalp line and it had a sheen I
hadn’t seen in years. My ribs had not displaced all week and I was
breathing better. I could dress myself and bend over to tie my shoes.
This was absolutely a new freedom for me. I can wear real sneakers

Everything is so much better now. I have very limited pain around my
